A fabulous event starting in Myrtle Park in Bingley and taking in the magnificent hills and countryside surrounding Bingley. This is a unique event for us and forms our most challenging (but absolutely manageable) day.
The Ultra starts in Myrtle Park, Bingley and follows the route of the Bradford's Millennium Way Walks - Home (weebly.com) (we have added a bit to make the route).
The Marathon is a point to point from Silsden to Bingley.
The 10k and Half marathon are “out and backs” starting and finishing in Myrtle Park, Bingley.
Elevation: Hilly
Terrain: Expect everything
Feed/drink stations are detailed in the brief for this event.
Bespoke medal and lots of treats for all finishers.
Curry or Chilli, including vegan for all finishers.
All these races are GPX lead, there are yellow arrows on the course and these are laid out by the council. We will provide you with a GPX and a course guide but there is no additional signage.

During the race important things to note:
Each race will have an individual brief, please ensure you have read and understood that prior to the race.
We try to be cup-less: Our feed stations offer drinks and a range of food but please bring your own re-usable cup or bottle.
Headphones: Most of our courses are off road but we still prefer you not to wear headphones as there are road crossings, marshals and other trail users that you need to be aware of.
Transfers/Deferrals: You can self-serve your transfer or deferral either on this website or “Let’s Do This” depending on where you booked. Please try not to change your event or details on the day as it causes delays and queues at registration.
We no longer mail out a race brief as most of the information is here on the website however we advise you to visit our FAQ section and join the “Grim Up North Chat” group on Facebook which will help with any other questions you have.
